In a modern urban resident, the eyes are almost night day and get tired quickly. This leads to visual problems. Even those who have not complained about pain over the centuries must relax. This can be done using special exercises. They strengthen the eye cords and help get rid of fatigue.
Ophthalmic charging rules
Like all gymnastics, the eye only has a positive result with regularity. All recommendations must be followed and the number of approaches should be followed.
The purpose of the ophthalmic charge is to train the eye muscles through tension and relaxation.
Rest
The eyeball is surrounded by muscles. There are leagues - they are responsible for changing the curvature of the lens. If one does not relax the eye muscles, they will lose this ability over time. As a result, acquiring myopia.
To avoid this, it is sufficient to learn the tension of the tapes using special exercises. They will warn the occurrence of myopia or stop its progress.
We write with your nose
In the case of the eyes and cervical muscles, movement is useful. While working with objects nearby, the muscles make the place easier. This leads to a violation of blood supply.
The following operations will help:
- Relax, close your eyelids - it is important not to filter any part of the face;
- Imagine your nose is the tip of the handle;
- Move your head as if you were pulling your nose;
- Write a few words or draw a picture.

Bride
This is the classic practice of ophthalmic embankment. Experts call this a basic technique of relaxation.
Fulfillment:
- Sit straight back;
- Relax;
- Close your eyes with your palm.

Make all the movements 15 times. You need to take a series of measures 2-3 times a day, and then the vision will be fine.

Exercise is very useful if the glance first stays on close objects and then leaves to the distance. To execute, you need to make signals on the window glass and look at it for a few seconds and then take your attention to the scene outside the window. The 2-3 approach is sufficient for a few seconds.
Chinese complex to strengthen home vision
This charge was developed to prevent ophthalmic diseases of Chinese school children. It retains the ability to see and strengthen the nerves and resemble the eyelid massage.
The set contains only four exercises:
- Step 1. Find dents above the inner corners of the eyelid. The palm should look up and be open. Then secure four fingers to your forehead. With your thumb, the massage is 25-30 times the dent.
- Step 2. Press the pillow of the index fingers on the nose bridge on both sides - where it is connected to the inner corners of the eye. Make circular movements 25-30 times.
- Step 3. The pillows of the index fingers massage the horizontal points the same as the nasal wings. Connect the index and middle fingers to find the right place. Put them on the nose of the nose. The zone you want is behind them. Massage 25-30 times in circular movements.
- Step 4. Place the thumb pillow on the whiskey. Fold the remaining four fingers into your fists. The wrists of the index fingers overcome the eyebrows from the nose to the temples and then describe the following arches from the inner corners of the eye to the outside. Such circles should be prepared for 25-30.
The whole complex takes up to 5 minutes.
Neck and face
The working muscles are in the blood and with it - nutrients. But the eye muscles are very small. When working with them, you cannot attract sufficient blood to saturate the visual appliance with oxygen and nutrients.
Experts advise you to heat your neck first and then face. Then the blood flow goes to the upper body and reaches the organs of the vision.
Proceedings:
- Tighten your second chin and turn your head left and right to warm the occlital and cervix muscles.
- Lower the lower jaw to the border, tighten the face muscles, imitating the surprise. Then stretch out the closed lips and click the joy imitated.
Such cycles should be performed at least 5.
At this stage, you can notice that vision has become lighter. Now you can continue directly to the eyes:
- Look horizontally, the apple's left -hand translation;
- Take care and down;
- Take it to the nose bridge and look up and down.
- Repeat with extreme external points;
- Take care diagonally, then another diagonal up and down.
All operations are performed at a speed of 1 movement per second. The number of repetitions is 20-50. The movements can be done both open and closed centuries, but it will be harder than closed.
If the visual organs revolve with difficulties during these exercises, this means that the muscles are very weakened. In such cases, training is particularly useful. After that, it should be the feeling that the eyes are warm.
The proposed exercises promote healthy vision. There is no limit to age or health.
